Background
Caroline is a doctoral student in the Crown Family School of Social Work, Policy, and Practice. She graduated from the University of Michigan with a B.A. in Public Policy and received her A.M. in Social Work at the University of Chicago. She has experience working in Chicago, Detroit, and California Bay Area public schools.
Research
Caroline studies school-based mental health services and the funding of these services. Her dissertation is a research-practice partnership with Chicago Public Schools and focuses on the expansion of funding for school-based mental health services. Through her research, she aims to inform equitable practice and policy aimed at supporting the well-being of students.
